Besides the anti-dust packing department, Dongguan Qingxi Huibao Bag Factory also developed a fully trained quality control team which offers complete quality control services portfolio. Apart from regular during production inspection and final AQL, we also invested in various advanced machineries so as to ensure the quality in a more computerized and systematical way. While material arrives, special tests like rub test, colourfast test, plating test, etc. will be done with machineries prior to production. Other machines for testing the semi-finished and finished products will also be used such as for the product aging/life test, usage test, etc.. Last but not least, machineries imitating the transportation environments are used for testing of different transportation situations of the finished products. Quality can be further secured.
